Knit Victorian Lace Edging #2

From the book, A Winters Gift for Ladies, number 2 of "four beautiful patterns of lace edgings for collars, dresses, etc."

Note: I know that in charts the "bind off" symbol is typically over the stitch being bound off. However, as a visual thinker, I find it easier to see the steps represented in order, since you would knit the first stitch and the bind-off would happen with the 2nd stitch, then you'd knit the number of stitches after the bind off.
